POSTCARD: Usedom is a Baltic Sea island in Pomerania divided between Germany & Poland in 1945 with 80% of the island belongs to Germany’s Vorpommern-Greifswald in the state of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. The island has an area of 445 square kilometers, 373 square kilometers on German part & the remaining 72 square kilometers on the Polish side.

Usedom is the sunniest island in the Baltic Sea and is known for its beaches & nature parks. It is among the popular tourist destination in Germany. 

STAMP: A UNESCO World Heritage stamp (Joint Issue with Japan) featuring the Old Town of Regensburg (Altstadt Regensburg) issued in 2011 at 75c.
