POSTCARD: Features Burj Khalifa, a 163-floor skyscraper in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and the tallest man-made structure in the world at 829.8 m (2,722 ft), opened on 4 January 2010. The tower was designed by Skidmore, Owings and Merrill which is derived from patterning systems embodied in Islamic architecture. Burj Khalifa is a recipient of various awards and a record holder tower.
